6-axis Innovative Machining Technology Workshop 


On August 8, 2019, Worldwide Industrial Machinery (Short for WIM) invited some important users to discussed about the practical machining issues, seeking the best solution for lifter hole machining. In additions, WIM solemnly launched two new machines and a premium version of the  Coordinate Advance Milling and Drilling Machine (Short for CAMDER GS/G series) in this workshop. Well, let's go into the place and take a look!  


Mr. Patrick Ho, executive deputy general manager of WIM, kindly gave a welcome speech and expressed his sincere welcome and thanks to all guests. He wished that WIM could make progress with customers together, all contributing to the development of the industry.

Lifter hole machining has always been one of the difficulties in mould industry. To solve this problem, WIM developed the CAMDER GS/G series machines with high precision, high performance and high efficiency.

A great machine should always equipped with a great software application. WIM has developed the Assistor Cali, a high-efficient software application for seeking out the rotation center during 6-axis machining. Assistor Cali is able to adjust the rotation axis center in a short time and detect the positioning accuracy online, providing cycle dialogue and monitoring in real time.

At 15:30, a new product comes: 6-axis boring and milling machining center

Suitable for boring and precision milling of medium and large mechanical parts and molds
The tilting angle of A axis can reach 65゜ (clockwise: 20 ゜; counterclockwise: 45 ゜)
Chip conveyers are arranged on both sides of the machine to facilitate the chip collection
Large-size linear roller guides provide high rigidity for each linear axis

Suitable for the high-speed machining of aerospace, plastic and metal molds
Full enclosure ATC, which is fast and easy for tool change

The universal milling head is flexible for machining application in 5-axis simultaneous, 3+2, 5-face machining in one setup
